utils: Do not match sequence byte by byte in read-bytes-till.
* email/utils.scm (bytevector-match, bytevector-overlap,
lookahead-bytevector-n): New functions.
(read-bytes-till): Do not match sequence byte by byte. Process blocks
of bytes at a time.
