Add tweet feed

* bh20simplewebuploader/main.py (send_home): Fetch tweets from Redis.
* bh20simplewebuploader/static/main.css: Add styles for tweets
* bh20simplewebuploader/templates/home.html: Add tweet section in
frontpage.
