Makefile: Make and install info documentation.
* Makefile (SKRIBILO, infodir, documentation, info): New variables.
(distribute_files): Add $(documentation) and doc/skribilo.scm.
(all): Depend on $(info).
(%.info): New target.
(install): Install $(info).
(clean): Clean $(info).
