Delete the destination file upon failure.
* src/guile/skribilo/condition.scm (abort): New. Delete
`(*destination-file*)'.
(%call-with-skribilo-error-catch): Use `abort' instead of
`show-stack-trace' and `exit'.
(with-exception-handler): New.
