doc: Update lobster font to version 2.100.

* doc/user/lobster-1.4.otf: Replace with ...
* doc/user/lobster-2.100.otf: ... this.
* doc/user/Makefile.am (nobase_dist_html_DATA): Replace
lobster-1.4.otf with lobster-2.100.otf.
* doc/user/FONTS: Add source from which lobster-2.100.otf was taken.
