doc: Add nice(r) front-page in Lout.
* doc/modules/skribilo/documentation/manual.scm: Set the `on-title-page'
custom.
* doc/user/Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Add `lout/front-page.lout.in'.
(BUILT_SOURCES): Add `lout/front-page.lout'.
(.lout.ps): Update `-I'.
(lout/front-page.lout): New target.
(clean-local): Remove the `lout' directory.
* doc/user/lout/book-style.lout (@ChapterStartPages): Set to `Odd'.
