Add tests.
* test_pyhegp.py: New file.
* README.md (Run tests): New section.
* guix.scm: Import python-hypothesis from (gnu packages check).
(python-pyhegp)[arguments]: Enable tests.
[native-inputs]: Add python-hypothesis.
