forge: Introduce gexp-producer->derivation-output.
gexp-producer->derivation-output will allow us to deprecate
<forge-derivation-job> and enable users to construct laminar jobs that
build derivations with just <forge-laminar-job>.
* forge/forge.scm (gexp-producer->derivation-output): New public
function.
