email: Support quoted-printable CR LF sequences.
* email/quoted-printable.scm (quoted-printable-decode): Ignore "=\r\n"
sequences in the input.
* tests/quoted-printable.scm ("quoted-printable decoding of soft line
breaks (=\\n)", "quoted-printable decoding of soft line
breaks (=\\r\\n)"): New tests.
