email: Decode MIME encoded words in Subject header.
Prior to this, MIME encoded words in the Subject header were not
decoded.
* email/email.scm (parse-email-headers): Decode MIME encoded words in
Subject header.
* tests/email.scm ("decode MIME encoded words in Subject header"): New
test.
