ccwl: Error out on invalid keywords to lambda**.
* ccwl/utils.scm (lambda**): Error out on invalid keywords (that is,
keywords other than #:key, #:key* and #:allow-other-keys).
* tests/utils.scm ("lambda** should error out on unrecognized keywords
in arguments"): New test.
