lncs: Make bibliography entries look closer to what's expected.

* src/guile/skribilo/package/lncs.scm (bib-entry-template): New
  procedure.
  (&bib-entry-body): Use it instead of
  'make-bib-entry-template/default'.
  (&bib-entry-author, &bib-entry-booktitle, &bib-entry-journal): New
  writers.
