Outline reader: added support to parse lists.
* src/guile/skribilo/reader/outline.scm (make-markup): New.
(make-list-processor): New.
(make-node-processor): Take a list of subnode procedures instead of a
single procedure.
(%list-processors): New.
(%node-processors): Updated accordingly.
