lout: Issue a warning instead of an error for `(image :url ...)'.
* src/guile/skribilo/engine/lout.scm (image): Produce a warning, not an
error, if URL is provided. Use SRFI-35 conditions for invalid
arguments.
* po/POTFILES.in: Add.
* NEWS: Update.
