html: Enclose footnotes in <div class="footnote">.
* src/guile/skribilo/engine/html.scm (&html-footnotes): Enclose each
footnote in <div class="footnote"> instead of <br>, as suggested by
Klaus Schilling <schilling.klaus@web.de>.
