doc: Tiny improvements of the `manual' module.
* doc/modules/skribilo/documentation/manual.scm (disp): Use `resolve'
and test that engine, rather than raw `(engine-format? "xxx")'.
(compiler-options): Issue a warning if an option is not documented.
