doc: Document the Lout engine.
* doc/modules/skribilo/documentation/env.scm (*api-engines*): Add
`lout'.
* doc/user/engine.skb: Include `loute.skb'.
* doc/user/slide.skb (Slide Package): Add `:ident'.
