doc: Install images alongside the Info manual.
* configure.ac: Invoke `AC_PROG_LN_S' and `AC_PROG_MKDIR_P'.
* doc/user/Makefile.am (install-data-hook): Create symlinks to the PNG
files from $(infodir).
