html: Fix xrefs to the `document' node.
* src/guile/skribilo/engine/html.scm (html-file-default): Don't use
`tmpnam', was stupid.
(document): Record the current `*destination-file*' as `:file' option
of N.
(&html-generic-document): Parameterize `*destination-file*'.
