Add `(skribilo-module-syntax)'.
* src/guile/skribilo/utils/syntax.scm (skribilo-module-syntax): New
macro.
* src/guile/*/*.scm: Use `(skribilo-module-syntax)' instead of
`(fluid-set! current-reader %skribilo-module-reader)'. The goal is to
be more compilation-friendly.
