web: Update, and nitpick.
* web/index.skb (Features): Use an em dash before "i.e.,". Remove "currently" when mentioning Guile's module system. (Availability): Switch to GPLv3+. Update list of dependencies. (Development): Suggest `git clone', not `git-clone'. (Related Links): Have (texinfo) and (sxml fold) links point to Guile's manual instead of Guile-Lib's.
