Small aesthetic changes in the Lout engine.
* src/guile/skribilo/engine/lout.scm (lout-make-doc-cover-sheet): Added
an appropriate `@Break' setting for the title.
(lout-engine)[:symbol-table]: Don't produce additional space around
`@Eq'.
* src/guile/skribilo/package/eq/lout.scm (eq): Don't produce additional
space around `@Eq'.
