guix.scm: Switch to gnu-build-system.
* guix.scm: Do not import (guix build-system guile). Import (guix build-system gnu). (kolam)[build-system]: Switch to gnu-build-system. [arguments]: Delete custom check phase. Add GUILE_AUTO_COMPILE=0 to #:make-flags.
