pre-inst-env: Set LD_LIBRARY_PATH to $abs_top_builddir/.libs.
Guile >= 3.0.6 does not use libltdl. So we need to look for
libguilexapian.so explicitly under .libs.
* pre-inst-env.in (LD_LIBRARY_PATH): Set to $abs_top_builddir/.libs.
