build-aux: Link to GitHub repo on website.
We programmatically add a link to the GitHub repo before building the
website. This way, the GitHub link will appear only on the website,
and not on the README.org rendered on GitHub.
* build-aux/build-home-page.el (build-website): Add a link to the
GitHub repo before building the website.
