Makefile: Clean only directories in clean-local.
* Makefile.am (CLEANFILES): Add .depends, website/index.html.
(CLEAN_DIRECTORIES): Add doc/ccwl.html, website/manual.
(clean-local): Delete $(CLEAN_DIRECTORIES) only.
