Subject: bin: Unbolden issue keywords and show them all on blue.

Bold issue keywords are too visually distracting. They compete with
highlit text in snippets.

* bin/tissue (print-issue): Unbolden issue keywords and show them all
on blue, instead of some on red and some on blue.
