Subject: By default, use (internally) a reader that does not record positions.

* src/guile/skribilo/utils/syntax.scm (%skribilo-module-reader): If
  debugging is not required (default), create a reader that does not
  record positions.

* src/skribilo.in: Don't pass `--debug' by default.
