1. Rename Guix London meetup to be Guix Social meetup
     - Online meetup
     - No hybrid events
2. Create a new Guix London meetup
     - This will for a physical meetup in London
     - Notify all of the existing people about the new group
3. Propose changes to create a directory on Guix Website
     - Communities related to Guix email to guix-devel -> Fabio will 
propose email
     - Links to all communitys
4. Create an 'Outreach group'
     - Goal: TBD
     - Aid decision making
     - Provide mechanism for extending the group
     - Explore sociocracy as a way
