Subject: Make repository a guix channel.

* .guix-authorizations, .guix-channel: New files.
* guix.scm: Convert to a symlink pointing to
.guix/ccwl-package.scm. Move original there.
* .guix/ccwl-package.scm: Convert into a module with public packages.
