(key->output): Recursively convert stdout types to File types. * ccwl/cwl.scm (type->cwl): New function. (input->cwl-scm, output->cwl-scm): Use type->cwl. * tests/ccwl.scm (make-array-type): New function. (construct-type-syntax-wrapper): New syntax.
