Guile 2.0.14 has it and so do all subsequent versions. * src/guile/srfi/srfi-64.scm, src/guile/srfi/srfi-64.upstream.scm: Remove. * src/guile/Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Adjust accordingly.

Fix SRFI-64 to allow the use of `test-assert'.
