With DNS now configured via the Guix configuration, there is no need
for shell access. I still leave SSH access for my user, for diagnostic
use.

The knot DNS service lets us configure the DNS records from the Guix
system configuration instead of having to rely on zone files as state.
This is more Guix-y and preferable despite the loss of quick editing
for users.

Switching to well-known ports makes the configuration simpler, and
lets us take advantage of defaults. The non-standard ports were from
the days when Guix was but a container running on hrrol's Parabola.
